Thank you for shopping at DJDreagon.com. We appreciate your business and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Physical Merchandise Returns
Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
● The item is unused and in its original condition.
● The item is returned in its original packaging.
● Proof of purchase or the original order number is provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:
● Digital downloads
● MP3s, WAV files, STEM files, and other downloadable audio
● Music edits, DJ intro edits, transition packs, remix packs, and sample packs
● Software licenses
● Gift cards
● Custom or personalized products
● Final sale or clearance items
Digital Downloads
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital download sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
● DJ music edits
● Intro edits
● Transition edits
● Mashups
● Mixes
● Sound effects
● Sample packs
● Music libraries
● Educational downloads
● PDF guides
● Video tutorials
● Any other downloadable digital content
Refunds will not be issued because:
● You changed your mind.
● You purchased the wrong file.
● The file was not compatible with your software or equipment.
● You no longer need the product.
● You did not read the product description before purchasing.
● You accidentally purchased the same product more than once (unless approved at our discretion).
Exceptions for Digital Products
A refund or replacement may be considered if:
● The download file is corrupted or incomplete.
● The wrong file was delivered.
● The product cannot be downloaded due to an issue on our end.
● You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
If a replacement file resolves the issue, a refund may not be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Physical Orders
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Photos of the damaged item and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Physical orders may be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment.
Digital download orders begin processing immediately after payment and therefore cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete.
License & Copyright
Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content as described on the product page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
● You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or sublicense any digital files.
● You may not claim ownership of the original content.
● Unauthorized distribution or file sharing may result in termination of your license and legal action where applicable.
